I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Firstly, its location in the center of Palermo was perfect for exploring the city and it was situated in a walker-friendly area. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms had an older decor, but they were spacious with high ceilings and had all the necessary amenities. I also loved the fact that there was a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

We were kinda surprised by the helpfulness of the receptionist upon our arrival. Not only did he provide us with all the necessary information about breakfast and the facilities, but he also took the time to show us how to use the TV remote and informed us about the available channels. When I accidentally damaged the balcony handle in our room, the staff member at the reception immediately responded to our request for assistance and had the lock and handle replaced promptly. when we experienced issues with the Wi-Fi signal, the staff was accommodating and promptly relocated us to another room where we had continuous internet access. The hotel itself was quiet and the cleaning team and chef were friendly. the hospitality of the staff deserves to be recognized and commended.
